What sort of events do you cater to?

Our mobile bars are perfect for a wide variety of events, from weddings and corporate functions to product launches, sporting events, festivals, and more!

How many people can you cater for?

We can accommodate almost any event size. Just let us know your guest count and we'll create a customized package with the perfect bar, drinks, and staff.

How do your prices compare to pubs?

You'll find our drink prices are highly competitive and in line with what you'd pay at your local pub.

Do I need to apply for a license?

We handle the legalities and the complete Council licensing process for you, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.

When will the bar be set up and dismantled?

We will need at least 90 minutes for a complete bar setup - and we will work with you to arrange access for both setup and breakdown.

Do you offer draught lager?

Yes, draught lager is available!

Do you provide staff?

Yes, your bar will be staffed with experienced and friendly bartenders to ensure smooth service throughout your event.

Are glasses included?

All our bars come fully stocked with glasses!

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. You can pay by cash or bank transfer.

When is the balance due?

Any outstanding balance must be paid at least 48 hours before your event.

What facilities do I need to provide?

We require access to power and water.

Can clients request specific genres or songs for the DJ to play?
Yes, we welcome song requests to create a personalized experience for your event.

Do you offer soft drinks?

Yes, we offer a selection of soft drinks on all our bars.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Unfortunately, deposits are non-refundable. To avoid additional charges, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your event.

How much notice do I need to give to book?

Due to high demand and licensing board rules, we need a minimum of 6 weeks notice. Booking your mobile bar as far in advance as possible is highly recommended, especially for peak seasons like summer and Christmas.

Are there any hidden fees?

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we are fully insured for public liability up to £10 million.
